There are four very important As to keep in mind how to overcome stage fright

Attitude: Attitude is everything. Whatever you say or do will reflect right back to you. If you’re feeling nervous and still smile and act cool till the end of the presentation, your audience is less likely to notice and more likely engage with you and boost your confidence. What you think is what you attract! Vision yourself into achieving the goal and presenting yourself with confidence.

Acknowledgment: Acknowledge that whatever you’re feeling is valid. You’re afraid because you care about your performance and your presentation. The day you’re not afraid of the stage should be the day for you to be afraid of. Understand that stage fright is very common. Many like you deal with anxiety and public fear when on the stage.

Audience: The audience is your greatest tool. Your listeners have come to learn and don’t mean to judge you or cause you any harm. Engage with your audience. Rember, your audience are just regular folks, more or less like you. Strike up a conversation with them, organize polls, play pop quizzes in between, etc., to engage with them. This will make you more comfortable and confident with your audience.

Arrange and Analyse: Coming down to 4th A of the “how to overcome stage fright” journey, we thought one of the keys of presentation training would be useful for you. Arrange your notes; keep in mind that you connect every statement to what you speak. Presentation training will likely provide you with confidence because the better you prepare, the less likely you will mess up, and hence the confidence will be the result of the presentation training.

Analyze your strength and weakness. Focus on using your strength as the greatest power rather than trembling upon your weakness. The presentation training will help you significantly determine and practice how you connect and influence.

Practice mock presentation in front of your folks.

Ask your folks for tips on how you need to improve and also consider their appraisal.

Take advice from people with prior experience in the stage.

Keep on going; practice is the key. The more you do so in front of a large audience, the less likely you will be reading through blogs that suggest “how to overcome stage fright?”
