This traffic from high authority domain is referred to as “link juice.” Dofollow backlinks can help boost a website’s domain authority, which will help improve keyword ranking.

Nofollow links: A nofollow link is a link that does not convey domain authority to the website to which it is linked. These links are of no use in terms of SEO.
