iOS 15.7 Vs iOS 16: which one to choose?

iOS 15.7 Vs iOS 16: which one to choose?

Apple strives for perfection in its elite masterpieces of innovation, but the audience remains unsatisfied with multiple consistent problems. The billion-revenue brand has the top favorite interface, hardcore neural engines, haptic power display technologies, etc. Sometimes, it is too much of a good thing! Apple has not lost its touch in astounding updates; its recent launches just disappointed a few anticipated customer crowds, and the company is working in motion to solve their drawbacks.

“iOS 15.7 was better than iOS 16.”

One example is the 15.7 iOS compared to the iOS 16 with brand new bug fixtures and security solutions activated recently in September 2022. The question arises, “Was iOS 16 needed when iPhone users had iOS 15.7 already in the pipeline?” The simple answer to the question is not really. iPhone users were surprised to have another update available when the previous was already launched recently! iOS 16 promised a lot to the people willing to buy iPhones and anticipate new iOS releases this year. However, it did not meet as many expectations since the updated iOS was not attack-safe or charge-friendly at all.

A few drawbacks regarding iOS 16 that iOS 15.7 lacks.

One of the essential things to learn when updating iPhones is to check if the recent update is compatible with it or not. Every iPhone update is worth a couple of hundred MBs, heavier than the previous on the RAM, storage and processor equally.

Here are a couple of drawbacks of iOS 16 that iOS 15.7 does not:

iOS 15.7 has unique Kernel compatibility and additional characteristics such as fixed security problems with all iOS apps, including Safari, Contacts, Maps, and especially Web Kit, to provide a protected experience to all users. iOS 15’s latest version is also the best stable and reliable than the previous version because it allows for an entire year’s bug fixing criteria. The update blocks significant bugs and flaws in the software that causes crashes or frequent third-party clashes.

Whereas, iOS 16 is still under the developing category, although it has promised Apple users proficiency and fluency soon. It has minor glitches and bugs that cause quick battery exhaustion, frequent app crashes, third-party camera issues, and a lack of connectivity with servers, networks, and Wi-Fi. The faults in the software update are spreading across rumors on sites and diverting crowds to think twice before deciding to buy iPhone 14 models for now. They might as well switch back to iOS 15.7 until the iOS 16 stables a bit.

In conclusion, Apple has announced that all users will stay on the iOS 14 or 15 upgrades as they are highly compatible, steady, and more secure than iOS 16. Perhaps, it is the first time in Apple’s history that the brand promoted an older version of its EOS to replace the mishap. They will fix it soon enough, so let’s just be patient.  If you are willing to buy iPhones or buy iPads for the 2020 releases, it is best to consider Apple Store or! The devices are compatible with iOS 15.7 for both iOS and iPadOS.
