Pataudi Road: Lifeline Connecting Gurgaon

The Gurgaon Expressway (NH-8), the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, and the soon-to-be-completed Dwarka Expressway all run via or near Pataudi Road.
This is one of Gurugram’s five development centres, and it’s fair to estimate that these hubs employ almost half a million people directly and indirectly.
The foundation stone for a major road project in Gurugram, which includes a 46-kilometer four-lane motorway connecting Gurugram and Rewari through Pataudi, was recently placed. The expressway would run from Sector 88A and 88B on the Dwarka Expressway dividing road to Wazirpur village, where it will connect with the Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari Expressway. Affordable projects in New Gurgaon are rising in number due to rising demand for property.
Sectors 81, 81A, 82, 82A, 85, 86, 89, and 90 are presently divided by the section, which is classified as a “sector dividing road.” The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is planning to start work on a vital 5.6-kilometer route that would link Rampura Chowk on NH 48 with Pataudi Road. From Pataudi and the Western Peripheral Highway, the stretch carries a significant amount of traffic to and from the new Gurugram neighbourhoods.
The section will provide an alternative to the highly clogged Kherki Daula toll for those travelling on NH 48 from Jaipur to Delhi, and would provide better access to inhabitants living along the Dwarka Expressway.
The region will witness a rise in employment and labout as a rising number of companies relocate their offices and factories near IMT Manesar. As a consequence, housing demand in the surrounding areas is expected to rise, especially along Pataudi Road.
