He is quite diligent about his daily routine, which helped him to be productive and to build and exit four start-ups. He wakes up at 4am, cold bath, 20 hours fasted, red light, and then does an early morning workout. This routine helped him to stay focused and to be able to think clearly as working 18 hours a day quite arduous, isn’t it? Koch is very proud of his dedication to his work and his technology.
