Chicken marination

Ingredients list:

  1. Chicken breast 500 grams
  2. Egg white 1
  3. Salt to taste
  4. White pepper 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1 pinch
  6. Corn starch


  • first of all chicken must be cut down into desired size
  • add the spices in chicken
  • now make corn starch slurry
  • mix the slurry with chicken in bowl
  • give it a rest for sometime

Sauce ingredients

  • Soya sauce 1 table spoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 table spoon
  • Rice vinegar 1 table spoon
  • Sugar 1 table spoon
  • Honey 2 table spoon
  • Salt to taste ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 table spoon
  • Chicken stock 1 cup


Then add all these ingredients and give it a good mix

Coating ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose floor
  • Cornstarch 1 cup
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking oil 1 quarters cup
  • Water 3 quarters


  1. firstly in a bowl add all ingredients
  2. gradually add water
  3. batter consistency must be observed
  4. Secondly put marinated chicken inside this coating batter

Sesame Chicken Recipe:

  1. Meanwhile put 3 cups of cooking oil in a frying pan or a wok
  2. Turn on the flame of stove to medium heat
  3. Also use a small piece of chicken or marinated batter and put it to fry. This is to check whether the pan is heated or not
  4. Now add chicken pieces to the frying pan one by one
  5. Make sure to turn the flame on high heat for only about 5 minutes then turn flame back to medium heat
  6. when chicken turns light golden take it out from the pan
  7. now again put the fried chicken back into the frying pan to make them more crispy but this time turn the stove flame to high heat
  8. Afterwards deep fry it for only 1 to 2 minutes no longer then that
  9. take out the fried chicken on a piece of kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil from the chicken
  10. in addition to it  take another pan
  11. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan
  12. Turn the stove flame to medium high for 1 minute
  13. Stir the mixture continuously so that the sauce is well cooked
  14. Next add the corn starch slurry we made earlier into the sauce
  15. Stir the mixture until the sauce thickens in consistency
  16. Now add fried chicken into the mixture
  17. Stir the chicken well
  18. Dish out the chicken
  19. final step sprinkle some finely chopped celery for presentation

Serving Sesame Chicken

  • With boiled rice

A variety of rice options are available (white rice and brown rice etc,)

  • Steamed and roasted vegetables

Broccoli, carrots, asparagus, and eggplant included in the serving

  • Salads with a minimal number of carbohydrates
